Crusty but got through it

Where do I start? The check-in was a bit weird, and the lobby looked nice, but my room was a letdown. Stains on the carpet and a broken cabinet? For over $300 a night, that's just not cool. The picnic area was nice, though! Totally not worth the price.

Solo traveler find decent stay

The staff was all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast crew always kept the items well stocked and even had some decent waffles, amazing, right?

It wasn't cheap by any means, but still acceptable.

My family and I stayed for one night on our way to Miami and were pleasantly surprised! Although the property was under renovation, the staff made up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was clean and newly renovated, which was a great relief, especially considering my son's allergies. The breakfast spread was adequate, and the pool was nice to unwind by after our long drive.

The King Studio Suite features a full kitchen, allowing for easy meals and making it a solid choice for families. The outdoor area includes a pool and seating that provides a nice spot for relaxation.

Check-in was delayed significantly—we had to wait until 5 pm to access our room, which was frustrating. The air conditioning unit wasn't working properly at first, leaving the room uncomfortably warm until it eventually cooled down. While the furnishings in the suite showed signs of wear, like a torn sofa and scratched furniture, it felt like some updates could really make a difference. Additionally, we faced issues such as a lack of necessary linens for the sofa bed and confusion over minor amenities, like cribs, which detracted from the experience.

Had a fantastic stay with my friends! We loved visiting the local Playmobil Fun Park and the nearby beach. The room was clean, the staff super friendly, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Definitely a place to consider if you're in town. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

The King Studio Suite was a solid spot for my fam! We loved the full-size kitchen, which made whipping up breakfast a breeze. Plus, there are some local eats next door like Giorgio's Cafe & Deli that we hit up for killer sandwiches!

However, we did have a run-in with some funky-smelling pillows. When I called the front desk, the guy was less than helpful, acting like I had made them smell bad.

It was just a balanced option for short visits in West Palm Beach with excellent value for money. The staff was attentive when I needed extra linens for the sofa. If you need any special requests, make sure to ask early.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton West Palm Beach. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff truly made me feel at home with their kindness and attentiveness throughout my visit.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I stayed here for a night and appreciated the spacious suite. Although the breakfast area was a bit crowded, the coffee selection was impressive. I found the staff friendly, but they could be more attentive. If you're looking for a comfortable room, this will do, but manage your expectations for breakfast.
